Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Serviceability and COD availability are confirmed at checkout.

2. Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Most orders arrive within 4–7 days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.

4. Payment options

Pay securely through Razorpay Magic Checkout — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets or Cash on Delivery.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send the courier name and tracking link by WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can also track your order here.

6. Failed delivery & refused COD

If the courier can’t reach you after multiple attempts, the order returns to us. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. Repeatedly refused COD orders may lose COD eligibility.

7. Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, please see our Return & Replacement Policy — we’ll replace it free within 7 days of delivery.
